Light-medium roast coffee

Light-medium sits between light and medium, a moderately light brown with a dry surface. Omni roasts, one coffee for both espresso and filter, usually land somewhere from light-medium to medium, developed enough for body and sweetness in a shot but still bright enough for a pour over. Where exactly each one lands is the roaster's call.
