Co-fermented coffee

A co-ferment is a coffee fermented with an ingredient that isn't coffee, such as fruit, hops or spices, while it's processed at the farm or mill, which tends to make it taste more complex and often sweeter. Each coffee's page says what was added. A coffee fermented only in mosto, the liquid from coffee cherries, isn't a co-ferment here, and you'll find it under the Fermentation filter.
