Sara Gutierrez grows this coffee at Finca El Silencio in Buenavista, Quindío, at 1,700 metres, continuing four generations of her family's coffee craft. This lot is a honey process layered with flowers, a technique that comes through vividly in the cup's rosewater aromatics.

The cup opens with delicate rosewater florals, then passionfruit tang and ripe melon sweetness carry it through to a light, fragrant finish that's easy to drink.
