Decaf coffee
Every decaf here comes from an independent Australian roaster and had most of its caffeine taken out while the beans were still green, before roasting. Swiss Water on a bag means the caffeine came out with water alone. EA means ethyl acetate, and a sugarcane decaf is one where the ethyl acetate was made from sugarcane.
