Yirgacheffe is where a lot of people first taste fruit in their coffee. This one is a natural, so the cherries dry whole in the sun, and that is where the fruit comes from. We roast it medium light to keep it bright: fruity and floral, with peach iced tea at the finish. Try it black before you add milk.
