THE BLEND
Our Holiday Blend is a limited seasonal release that brings three origins together, from South America, Africa and Asia. A sweet, fruit-driven Brazil, a floral washed Ethiopia and a clean, structured India combine for a delicious cup. Think jasmine tea, cherry pie and blueberry, with a subtle candied fruit finish. Roasted for both espresso and filter, so it works with every brewing method.

Fazenda Cachoeira sits between 1,045 and 1,100 metres in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro, the country's first protected designation of origin for coffee. Defined seasons and controlled drying support even ripening. This family-owned estate, built across generations, works with the region's terroir rather than against it, using natural and controlled fermentation methods for this lot to achieve a sweet, fruit-driven cup.
ETHIOPIA

In Ethiopia's Kochere woreda, the Jabanto Group, a collective of smallholder farmers, carefully sort, ferment and dry their harvest with a devotion that shines through in every cup. Their work reflects a deep respect for land, community and the pursuit of quality.

High in the Shevaroy Hills of India's Eastern Ghats, Riverdale Estate sits at 1,450 metres in Yercaud, a forestry station. Natural spring water flows through the farm, and a forest reserve surrounds it.
