Grown by Adrian Lasso at El Diviso Farm in Bruselás, Huila, this is the Sidra varietal, a Bourbon and SL28 cross known for its natural sweetness. The cherries undergo an extended fermentation, oxidised, rested, then fermented again, before a staged drying locks the sweetness in.
The result is bright and juicy from the first sip. Ripe strawberry and pineapple lead, layered with mango sweetness through to a syrupy, fruit-forward finish that lingers.
