Almanac's second house blend "CODEX" is finally here!
It's comprised of 3 different beans. A washed Colombian, washed Ethiopian and a Natural Brazil.
Codex boasts a little more strength and body than White Oak while still maintaining character and sweetness. The aim was milk based beverages. Enough to cut through the milk and hit you with some tasty flavours.
Stength is Medium-High, Acidity is Low, Sweetness Medium.
