About:
This coffee is grown in fertile mountainous regions, the farm benefits from rich volcanic soils and a diverse natural environment that supports healthy coffee development and biodiversity. Many coffees labelled Las Moras come from Colombia’s Andean coffee belt, where steep mountain terrain creates highly fragmented farms and microclimates. This landscape naturally leads to a patchwork of small producers rather than large estates, with each farm often sitting at a slightly different elevation, slope, and exposure to wind and rainfall. That variation is a big reason Colombian coffees can show such distinct lot-to-lot characteristics even within short distances from eachother.
